Carol and I ran a modified downtown loop this morning. We took a lot of walk breaks, but when we ran, we apparently felt like running fast! It was a good morning.
Stats: 6 miles in 1:05:22 for a 10:54mpm pace

I've completed eight full 'thons and looking to do more. Oddly, I look almost the same as I did when I started. So, as I train and complete more 'thons, I'm trying to address some issues along the way. Ultimately, I will be a healthier, happier and thinner person.
