nothing exciting

There was nothing exciting about this run at all. It was nice to get out when it was still dark and not more than 70*. I just wanted to be back to work before yoga class started, so I had to run a decent pace and run it consistently. I succeeded. That's all there is to say about it. Stats: 3.42 miles in 35:09 for a 10:17mpm pace
