I got up early and did FB and RHC.
I'm getting better at RHC, and that makes me happy to realize.
I wish spot training worked. If it did, I would do RHC about 4x/day...

I've completed eight full 'thons and looking to do more. Oddly, I look almost the same as I did when I started. So, as I train and complete more 'thons, I'm trying to address some issues along the way. Ultimately, I will be a healthier, happier and thinner person.
