Long run tomorrow - longest run since my last marathon 5 years ago!
So, today was an upper-body DDPY - SB, then the remainder of the day was rest, rest, rest.

I've completed eight full 'thons and looking to do more. Oddly, I look almost the same as I did when I started. So, as I train and complete more 'thons, I'm trying to address some issues along the way. Ultimately, I will be a healthier, happier and thinner person.
