I haven't been eating as cleanly as I should be, plus, it's been a tough week physically and mentally.
I don't feel badly for "just" doing DDPY - NRG.

I've completed eight full 'thons and looking to do more. Oddly, I look almost the same as I did when I started. So, as I train and complete more 'thons, I'm trying to address some issues along the way. Ultimately, I will be a healthier, happier and thinner person.
