Since I have a long run next week, I ran the USU loop slow and easy. It was windy which I don't like, but it was very do-able.
Stats: 4.62 miles in 53:51 for an 11:39mpm pace

I've completed eight full 'thons and looking to do more. Oddly, I look almost the same as I did when I started. So, as I train and complete more 'thons, I'm trying to address some issues along the way. Ultimately, I will be a healthier, happier and thinner person.
