nice and easy

Carol and I enjoyed a nice, even-paced run. It was nice to catch up on the weekend events. She won first place in her age group (again) at a trail 15k on Saturday. She ROCKS!
Stats: 5.15 miles in 56:34 for a 11mpm pace
