Her version of taking it easy....

We had planned to do one lap at Sugarhouse this morning, but Carol was too pooped. With her upcoming 15 mile trail race this weekend, she is calling the shots. So, I said "We don't have to do Sugarhouse. We can turn at the light and go where ever." She was up to that. Instead of turning back at 17th, she decided that she wanted to go on to 13th. Hello? Long, uphill slog. We could have done Sugarhouse! She's a nut job. Overall, we ran .2 longer than we would have by doing the park! 5.7 miles at 10:59mpm.
