Ran to the golf course clubhouse and back. My pace was 12:53/mile. I took the boys and Lizzy. We had fun, but I was kind of tired.
We concentrated on breathing and getting Cheetos out fast enough during the walk breaks.

I've completed eight full 'thons and looking to do more. Oddly, I look almost the same as I did when I started. So, as I train and complete more 'thons, I'm trying to address some issues along the way. Ultimately, I will be a healthier, happier and thinner person.
