last night run

Liz and I ran the Broadway loop last night. I tried to get to 11mpm or lower - I was very close @ 11:07mpm. It was that bloody hill @ the cemetary that really did me in, but I pushed for it anyway. I had to walk after the top for a bit, and that made a difference. I also should have skipped my first walk break since it was on a slight downhill. Maybe I'll run this again this weekend with those modifications to see what happens.
