It's got to stop!

I've gained back the five pounds that I lost. I'm such a yo-yo, and it's getting ridiculous.

Lizzy and I ran to Grimm's Gate and back today. 11:04 mpm - not a bad pace. It was early, and we passed two other runners - a guy I've never seen (and barely saw today because he didn't have a stitch of reflective clothing on) and Liz with J-Dog. We usually see them when we run to Grimm's in the morning.

I'm pissed that I've gained again. Idiot.
