BTW - balance exercise

Thanks to the suggestion from Iris over at , I finally tried a balance exercise that her rehab folks recommended to her after a nasty ankle sprain. It was hard for her because of said ankle sprain. I thought I would easily pass the test. HOLY CATS! It's so much harder than it looks! I think that I'll be doing this a couple of times per week to hopefully get some more stability in my ankles/feet. I'm just happy that I didn't topple right onto my face!
