Excuses suck, and I'm learning that they don't really pan out. It was 9* today. 9*! I've never run in 9*! To make matters worse, the wind chill made it feel like 0*. Really. Me in 0* weather. It's insanity. And it was one of the best runs I've had in a while. Our pace was slower this morning than my last two runs, but I just felt good the whole time. Of course, I'm just now getting feeling back in all four of my cheeks, but it was worth it.
